Job Opportunities

Salad Artist

Salad Artists are the foundation of our team…They have an extensive knowledge of our menu and can build any item with ease and a smile. At Green is Better Mauritius, Salad Artists are empowered to make impactful decisions that create the best experience for our guests.

Sous Chef

Our Sous Chef provides training to our kitchen staff that carefully follows dressing recipes to create each of our handmade signature dressings. He can speak about the flavors of each dressing and can make dressing recommendations based on salad ingredients.

Prep Specialists

Prep Specialists are food experts and the heart of our flavor-forward menu. They have an attention to detail and are relentlessly focused on safety and cleanliness. They have a passion for food and take great care in preparing each fresh ingredient for our recipes.

Shift Leader

A Shift Leader is a true team player that leads their team with a “can-do” attitude when running awesome shifts! They also play an important role in training new team members, and creating a fun, high-energy environment for the team and guests.

The Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager plays an integral role in running the restaurant in the Chief Executive Officer’s absence. They contribute actions, thoughts and solutions that lead to operational excellence. They schedule team member shifts, manage food inventory, and execute accurate plans for cost control and team development.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The CEO is passionate about food and restaurant operations. He manages all aspects of the restaurant, kitchen and its back office and look for operational improvement by eliminating barriers for success. He continually look for ways to inspire and develop his team members while enhancing the guest experience
